Alzeimer’s disease prediction using machine learning approaches | Student Researcher
Duration: July 2025 – Ongoing
This project focuses on applying supervised learning models to detect early cognitive decline by analyzing health and behavioral datasets. Currently experimenting with SVM and Random Forest classifiers to classify early-onset symptoms.
[Under Prof. Sayan Majumder, Heritage Institute of Technology]- Conducted comprehensive literature review and identified relevant datasets for Alzheimer's prediction.
- Applied machine learning concepts using Python and Jupyter Notebook for data analysis and model implementation.
- Implemented, trained, and evaluated initial Alzheimer's disease prediction models using Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifiers, including prediction, testing, and confusion matrix analysis.
